Aetna Update

My practice cannot provide services as an in-network Aetna or Aetna Medicare Advantage provider. Many of you will be impacted through no fault of your own.

We can see patients with aetna in follow-up as long as out of network fees are paid as below. We are not accepting new patients with Aetna.

If you have aetna, please note this policy before your visit. If you have aetna and cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be subject to our standard $50 no show fee.

To those who wish to transition care to a different provider:

  1. As long as you have been seeing us routinely, we will provide 60 days of prescriptions to allow you to transition care. These prescriptions will include cpap supplies.
  2. We will send records wherever you wish as quickly as we can.

If you wish to transition care, consider the following:

Here is our out-of-network fee schedule.

Follow-up: $140

Home sleep study: $250
