We happily accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. If you do not see your insurance provider listed here, please contact our office to verify acceptance and eligibility.
I have worked hard to find a way to work with Aetna. At present, though, my practice cannot provide services as an in-network Aetna or Aetna Medicare Advantage provider. Many of you will be impacted through no fault of your own. That said, I remain available to take care of you. My hope is that some of you will choose to continue to see us. We would provide you a record of your visit. You could submit this to your insurer and seek out-of-network reimbursement.

If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please reach out to your insurance carrier, or you can speak to someone in our billing office (267-831-0591) to determine our network status with your insurance plan. If we are out of network with your insurance carrier, the charge amounts listed below will be due from you at the time of service. We will provide you with documentation that you can submit to your insurance carrier to get reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.
