We are currently not accepting any new Aetna or new Aetna medicare advantage patients. Only established Aetna patients may pay out of pocket.
My practice cannot provide services as an in-network Aetna or Aetna Medicare Advantage provider. Many of you will be impacted through no fault of your own.
We can see patients with aetna in follow-up as long as out of network fees are paid as below. We are not accepting new patients with Aetna.
If you have aetna, please note this policy before your visit. If you have aetna and cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be subject to our standard $100 no show fee.

If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please reach out to your insurance carrier, or you can speak to someone in our billing office (267-831-0591) to determine our network status with your insurance plan. If we are out of network with your insurance carrier, the charge amounts listed below will be due from you at the time of service. We will provide you with documentation that you can submit to your insurance carrier to get reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.
